PVC calcium zinc stabilizer is white or slightly yellow flakes, no dust, safe and environmentally friendly. It is soluble in toluene, ethanol, and other solvents, insoluble in water, and decomposes in strong acid. It has the advantages of good initial coloring, faster plasticization, good lubrication, long stabilization time, and long production start-up time. Tested by SGS, it meets the requirements of ROHS2.0.
Application areas are mainly used for PVC wall panels, ecological wood lines, WPC floors, and so on.
The advantages of calcium and zinc stabilizers for WPC floors are as follows:
1. It can reduce the addition amount of foaming regulator by 10%-15% and reduce the cost.
2. Reduce the shrinkage ratio, the shrinkage ratio is within 0.2%.
3. The start-up cycle is long, and the start-up cycle of a flooring customer in Zhejiang is as long as 66 days.
4. The section has good fineness, and the product has uniform cells.
